The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or similar, with strong commercial finance experience and a proven ability to partner with operational teams and senior stakeholders. Experience within construction, contracting, engineering, property, or another project-led environment would be highly advantageous, particularly with knowledge of project accounting, WIP, cost-to-complete, contract profitability, revenue recognition and gross margins. The successful candidate will be comfortable working closely with project managers, commercial teams and operational stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insight and challenging performance where appropriate. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, project reporting and cash flow management would also be beneficial.
