We are recruiting for a newly created Finance Business Partner / Financial Analyst position within a high-growth distribution business based in Rugeley. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this is an excellent opportunity to join an evolving finance function where you will play a key role in strengthening financial reporting, supporting year-end processes and providing valuable commercial insight to the wider business. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines technical accounting, financial analysis and business partnering, offering excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence processes as the business continues to grow. The role - Support the Financial Controller with monthly reporting, management accounts, financial analysis and year-end activities. - Assist with IFRS reporting requirements, accounting adjustments, conversions and financial calculations. - Support group reporting, multi-entity consolidations, intercompany reconciliations and multi-currency reporting. - Prepare variance analysis, financial commentary and KPI reporting to help drive business performance. - Analyse sales, margins, ..... full job details .....
