Interim Finance Business Partner

SF Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a well-established organisation on an interim basis through to the end of December.
This is a commercially focused role working closely with operational and senior stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight, challenge and support to help drive performance and informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

- Partner with key stakeholders across the business, providing commercial finance support and challenge
- Produce and analyse management information, identifying key trends and areas for improvement
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Provide analysis around business performance, costs and profitability
- Work closely with operational teams to improve financial understanding and accountability
- Provide insightful commentary and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Support month-end reporting and ensure accurate financial information
- Assist with ad-hoc commercial projects and analysis as required

The successful candidate:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner who can quickly build relationships and add value within a fast-paced environment.
You will be commercially minded, confident working with non-finance stakeholders and comfortable interpreting financial information and turning it into meaningful business insight.
Due to the timescales involved, candidates will need to be immediately available or available at short notice.
Day rate: £350
Contract: Until December 2026
