This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional who is available to start quickly and add real value from day one.The key responsibilities of this Finance Business Partner role will include:Producing accurate and insightful management accounts to support effective decision making.Delivering detailed variance analysis and commentary, providing clarity around financial performance.Supporting the annual budgeting process, ensuring realistic and achievable financial plans.Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and challenge to drive strategic outcomes.The successful candidate will:Be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).Have proven experience in producing management accounts within a complex organisation.Demonstrate the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business.Possess excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence and advise at all levels.Be immediately available or available at short notice.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected organisation in Sheffield where you can make an immediate impact.
