Interim Finance Business Partner

I am recruiting for an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between finance and wider business functions, delivering insightful financial analysis, driving performance, and supporting senior stakeholders during a period of change or transformation.Key Responsibilities:Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-makingProduce robust financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to drive business performanceDeliver clear and actionable management reporting, highlighting risks and opportunitiesSupport cost control initiatives and identify efficiency improvements across departmentsBuild strong relationships with operational teams to improve financial understanding and accountabilityContribute to business planning cycles, including scenario modelling and longer-term strategic planningAssist with month-end processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial informationProvide ad hoc financial analysis to support key projects, investments, and change initiativesEnsure compliance with financial controls, governance, and company policiesCollaborate with other finance colleagues to drive continuous improvement in processes and reportingAdditional Details:Hybrid working model with a Birmingham baseMust be fully qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMATravel required twice monthly ..... full job details .....
