Description

• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and analysis.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring processes.
• Prepare detailed financial reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on financial matters.
• Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and audits.
• Provide financial training and guidance to non-finance teams as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional qualification or relevant degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to financial challenges.
