Interim Finance Business Partner - Hospitality

We''re working on an excellent opportunity for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join a growing hospitality and entertainment group on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Partnering closely with senior team, you''ll provide commercial insight and analysis to support decision-making, improve profitability, and evaluate new growth initiatives across the hospitality division.Responsibilities:Partner with senior hospitality leadership to support commercial decision-making and financial performanceDeliver detailed analysis on performance, FandB profitability, operational efficiencies, and cost-saving opportunitiesTranslate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholdersAssess the commercial impact of new initiatives and support the business in making informed decisions at paceDrive best practice in commercial finance and business partnering across the hospitality functionSupport strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and wider commercial finance activitiesRequirements:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong post-qualified commercial finance experiencePrevious experience within retail, hospitality, leisure, or other consumer-facing businessesProven Finance Business Partnering experience supporting senior commercial stakeholdersExperience operating within a PE-backed, high-growth, or fast-paced environmentStrong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision-making through insight and analysisComfortable leveraging AI ..... full job details .....
