Key Responsibilities Provide expert financial advice and challenge to budget holders, senior managers, and operational teams. Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Support budget setting, financial planning, and year-end activities. Identify and manage financial risks, opportunities, and cost improvement initiatives. Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across clinical and corporate services. Produce clear and insightful financial information to support decision-making. Assist in the development of business cases, service reviews, and investment appraisals.
