Interim Finance Business Partner

We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially astute Senior Finance Business Partner to join a busy finance team on an interim basis whilst the permanent recruitment process is fulfilled. Reporting to the Deputy CFO, you will play a key role in supporting financial integrity, sustainability and strategic decision-making across a multi-site organisation.This role suits someone who enjoys working at both strategic and operational level, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident providing insight and challenge to senior leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level financial insight and business partnering supportDeliver multi-year financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planningPrepare monthly forecast outturns, challenging assumptions and identifying risksContribute to annual budgeting and long-term financial planningSupport year-end processes, accruals and audit requirementsMonitor and strengthen financial controls and complianceReview payroll variations and support staffing budget decisionsDeliver financial analysis, costings and savings plansTrain and support non-finance colleagues on financial processesEssential requirements:Fully qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent)Strong financial management experienceExcellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing deadlinesFull UK driving licenceIf you are immediately available and interested in this Finance Business ..... full job details .....
