AccountabilitiesEnsuring the requirements of the Council''s financial strategy are metTo identify savings within the financial budget to support the medium-term financial plan (MTFP)Assisting in the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the "Adults Social Care" directorate, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and financial regulationsRespond to information requests quickly and accuratelyproviding high quality professional advice on the financial implications of corporate proposals and drafting financial comments within committee reports to inform decision making.Provide financial reports for departmental meetings as requiredProvide specialist technical advice relating to their areas of responsibilityProvide advice and support regarding the financial aspects of local systems.
