This position will support the wider finance function with a range of transactional and administrative duties, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations.This role would suit someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy finance environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate codingAssisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable administrationRaising purchase orders and matching invoices to ordersManaging finance inboxes and responding to queriesReconciling statements and investigating discrepanciesProcessing expense claims and employee reimbursementsMaintaining accurate financial records and filing systemsSupporting month-end administration and reporting activitiesAssisting with bank reconciliationsUpdating finance systems with new supplier and customer informationChasing outstanding documentation and approvalsProducing ad hoc reports for the Finance ManagerSupporting wider finance projects and process improvements when requiredSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a ..... full job details .....
