Role overview: Support the Accountancy Manager in delivering the organisation''s strategic objectives.Prepare draft statutory accounts, fixed asset accounts, and treasury management informationEnsure compliance with accounting, treasury management and financial regulationsSupport audits, grants, voluntary funds and statutory returnsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standing orders Main Responsibilities: Support effective financial management, control and reportingSupport annual accounts, year-end processes and external returnsMaintain financial controls, policies, procedures and the Chart of AccountsSupport capital programme planning and expenditure monitoringManage and maintain the Fixed Asset RegisterSupport internal and external audits and deputise when requiredPromote risk management, data protection, equality, health and safety, and continuous improvementComply with organisational standards, complete required training and undertake other appropriate duties Desirable experience: Public Sector experienceCapital experience How to apply: To apply, please submit your CV or contact Adam Rouse in the Sellick Partnership Derby office for a confidential chat.
