Interim Facilities Lead

Local authority in Wiltshire are currently looking for an interim facilities lead for an initial contract of 5 months.-

Purpose of the role:-To lead, manage and deliver the Facilities Management function across the operational estate. The Facilities Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety and efficiency of the operational estate and facilities. The role will ensure all buildings are kept clean, secure, compliant and a functional working environment that supports service requirements, employee wellbeing, and cost-effective asset management.

Hybrid-

-325 - -400 a day - Inside IR35-
