This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied and complex caseload, providing expert advice and support across a busy professional services organisation. Reporting into the Head of HR and working closely with senior stakeholders and external legal advisers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring ER matters are managed fairly, consistently and in line with UK employment legislation and best practice.
