The role is to lead multiple change programs from developing a business case through to redundancy consultations as well as ensure to identify legal and employee relation risks. The role is based in the office 2 days a week. Client Details Charity based in London Hybrid working - 2 days onsite Description An Interim ER Change Manager to: - Support the organisation through a variety of change programs to reduce headcount - Develop business cases and ensure proposals are legally compliant, providing ER input on the business case - Identify and mitigate risk - Identify and escalate legal or employee relation risks - Be the owner of restructures, redundancies, contractual changes, and people change activity - Provide support to stakeholders and challenge where necessary - Use current UK employment law knowledge to advise managers on change activity - Lead consultation processes - Manage ER processes that may arise from the restructure and change programs Profile An Interim ER Change Manager with: - Previous change management experience: develop business case, restructures, redundanc...
