Interim Engineering Manager FMCG Food and Drinks Manufacturing (Fixed-Term) Fixed-Term Engineering Manager - High-Speed FMCG Manufacturing (6 weeks to 3 months) Location: West Midlands - Dudley Area Salary: 60,000- 80,000 pro-rata (Dependent on Experience) The OpportunityWe are seeking an Engineering Manager for a short-term fixed-term contract to cover a period of leave in a well-invested FMCG manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a permanent-calibre leader who is between roles and available immediately to step into a hands-on management role. Essential SkillsSchneider PLC programming and fault-findingShire CMMS familiarity18th Edition Wiring Regulations certificationKey ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the maintenance team, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.Maintain PPM schedules and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Provide leadership and stability to the engineering function during the interim period.Support CAPEX projects and ongoing improvement initiatives. About You Previous engineering management experience in FMCG or high-speed manufacturing.Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Immediately available and able to commit to 4-6 weeks on-site in the West Midlands. Contract TermsSalary paid on a pro-rata basis from 60,000- 80,000 per annum DOE (e.g. equivalent to approximately 8,750- 10,000 for 6 weeks).
