Description

The Interim Employee Relations Advisor duties will include:

• Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Support managers in handling performance management and absence cases.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently across the organisation.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing HR documents, such as letters and reports.
• Work closely with HR colleagues to deliver a consistent and fair approach to employee relations.
• Maintain accurate records of all employee relations cases.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and processes.
• Provide support and training to managers on employee relations topics.

Profile

A successful Interim Employee Relations Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in an employee relations or HR advisory role.
• A good understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise effectively.
