This is a permanent interim opportunity offering hybrid working, with just one to two days per month required on-site in Kent, giving you the flexibility to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. About the Role: As Director of Income and Engagement, you will lead the organisation''s income generation, fundraising, and engagement functions to deliver sustainable growth and diversification of revenue. You will set and execute a clear strategic direction, aligning income and engagement activity with organisational priorities and long-term goals. Working closely with the executive team, you will ensure that financial performance, stakeholder relationships, and organisational development are tightly coordinated to support impact and resilience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive income and engagement strategy, covering fundraising, partnerships, and supporter engagement. Lead the planning and execution of income generation campaigns and initiatives to meet and exceed agreed financial targets. Oversee the management and development of key stakeholder and partner relationships, including major donors, corporate partners, and strategic alliances.
