This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-led organisation committed to supporting young people and families and ensuring their voices and experiences are at the heart of its work. Working as part of a job share with the existing Director of Community, Culture and Services, you''ll take a key leadership role within the charity, with particular responsibility for the operational leadership of services and safeguarding. The other half of the job share will have primary responsibility for Community, including participation and safeguarding, and Culture, including anti-racism, justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.
