Description  A broad understanding of People, HR, OD and EDI functions. The seniority and confidence to provide strategic leadership and deputise for the CPO when required. Proven experience managing complex employee relations and medical workforce issues, including MHPS cases, hearings and appeals. Solid knowledge of medical staffing, job planning and contractual matters. Someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver at pace.
