Interim Damp & Mould Surveyor

One of our Public Sector clients based in Hertfordshire is looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on an interim basis for 3 months initially with a view to extend.

Ideally you will:

• Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)
• Based Locally to Hertfordshire
• Have 5+ years experience within a damp and mould background and have worked ideally in a Local Authority or Housing Association setting previously.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports
• Carry out Damp and Mould Surveys
• Evaluate the extent of damage that has been caused due to Damp and Mould
• Instruct and manage the identified works within their financial sign-off, utilising both the internal repairs team and the necessary contractors
