Interim Credit Analyst

As an Interim Credit Analyst in the retail industry, you''ll be responsible for managing credit assessments and ensuring smooth financial operations. Based in Chippenham, this temporary role is key to supporting the accounting and finance team. Client Details This role is with an organisation in the retail industry based in Chippenham. Description Conduct credit checks and analyse financial data to assess creditworthiness. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and minimise credit risk. Prepare and present reports on credit performance and outstanding debts. Support the accounting and finance team with reconciliations and account reviews. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credit-related queries. Maintain accurate records of credit applications and decisions. Assist with the implementation of credit policies and procedures. Provide recommendations to improve credit processes and mitigate risks. Profile A successful Interim Credit Analyst should have: Experience in credit analysis or a related field within accounting and finance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Job Offer Hourly pay ranging from £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
