Interim Corporate Asset Manager

I am currently working with a West Midlands Authority who are looking for an experienced Corporate Asset Manager to join their team on an interim basis, while they recruit to the role permanently. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on the strategic management of a diverse public sector asset portfolio and make a real impact. Key Details:Day Rate: £400 - £475 per day (inside IR35)Location: West MidlandsWorking Pattern: 2 days per week in office, otherwise remoteContract: 3-month rolling contractQualification: MRICS essential The Role:As Corporate Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the council''s portfolio of assets.
