Interim Commercial Finance Business Partner

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with an FMCG business in Birmingham in the recruitment of an Interim Commercial Finance Business Partner. As a key part of the finance team, you will work closely with commercial and operational leaders to provide financial analysis, challenge assumptions, and influence strategic direction. You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting large volumes of complex data, turning it into meaningful insight that drives performance and profitability. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential, with exposure to FMCG highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Partner with commercial and operational teams to support decision-making and long-term planning Review and analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Deliver high-quality financial analysis and commentary to guide business performance Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in alignment with business objectives Support product costing and margin analysis - experience in standard costing or manufacturing cost structures is a strong plus Provide pricing support and assess financial impact of commercial initiatives Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and investment appraisals Present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders to drive informed decision-making About You Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) / Qualifed By Experience Significant experience in a ..... full job details .....
