As part of a medium-sized team, the organisation focuses on making impactful decisions that drive value and efficiency in procurement.Description Lead procurement activity across a range of services including research, consultancy, contingent labour, software/hardware, and grant administration.Ensure all procurement is carried out in line with Public Procurement Regulations, delivering value for money and minimising risk.Act as a trusted commercial advisor, providing clear, strategic guidance to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.Draft and manage key commercial documents, including contracts, licences, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).Support and contribute to wider contract and supplier relationship management activities.Promote best practices in procurement, governance, and compliance across the organisation.Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and help deliver innovative procurement solutions.
