This is an opportunity to provide strong clinical leadership within a well-established nursing and residential care service supporting older people, including individuals with dementia and complex care needs. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care team. Ensure high standards of clinical care, governance and resident safety. Oversee care planning, medication, audits, risk management and clinical documentation. Support staff with clinical guidance, supervision and development. Work alongside the Registered Manager to maintain and improve quality standards. Liaise with GPs, community teams and other healthcare professionals. Support the service with regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. About You Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
