Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA high growth start up are recruiting for a Interim CFO to lead on the following responsibilities -Partner with the CEO and co-founders to refine financial strategy, planning, and decision-making.Lead short-term financial planning, cash flow management, and forecasting to ensure stability during growth.Review, optimise, and implement financial processes, systems, and controls to support scaling operations.Prepare investor-ready reporting packs and financial models, ensuring clear communication of performance and projections.Provide financial leadership during ongoing fundraising activities and investor engagement.Mentor and support the internal finance team, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational upskilling.Act as a trusted advisor in evaluating growth opportunities, partnerships, and expansion across new European markets.You will have the following -Proven track record as CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial leader within high-growth, scaling start-ups.Experience in venture-backed businesses and strong exposure to investor relations.Deep expertise in financial modelling, cash flow management, and fundraising support.Strong operational finance skills: building scalable systems, controls, and processes.Ability to balance strategic guidance with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with founders, investors, and teams across multiple geographies.Available to commit full-time for the 2-month contract period, onsite 5 days per week.Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.Seniority level
