Interim CDM/PD Assurance Consultant 6 month Contract - £(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35) Homebased / North-East ID: 11917With an excellent pipeline of secured work across the North-East, an established construction consultancy is looking to appoint an Interim CDM/PD Assurance Consultant to join its team on an initial 6-month contract and is to pay a daily rate of £(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35)This is a client facing role offering genuine ownership of projects, homebased hybrid flexibility within a structured consultancy environment. Projects are focused on designated highways-based projects working with highly established clientele. This is a homebased position with occasional requirement for site visits within the North-East.The Role (not exhaustive) Assess Construction Phase Plan and key pre-start arrangements against project risks and CDM requirements.Attend design-risk/design-review meetingsSite audits/inspections to verify implementation of CDM responsibilities, significant-risk controls, highway/public interfaces and Principal Contractor complianceReview HandS File preparation, handover arrangements and outstanding CDM information/actions.Consolidate project assurance positions, programme themes, risk-rated findings, overdue/high-risk actionsReview contractor competence/capability, supply-chain CDM compliance and appointment recordsProviding overall CDM / Principal Designer Assurance to the client About You Experience operating as a Principal Designer ..... full job details .....
