Interim Business Analyst - Business Transformation Location: Birmingham - Hybrid (1 day onsite, 4 days remote) Day Rate: Circa £500 per day Contract Length: Initial 6 months, with potential extensions IR35 Status: Outside IR35 - Subject to Confirmation The Opportunity We are working with a large, established organisation undergoing a programme of business and operational transformation. They are looking to appoint an experienced Interim Business Analyst to support the delivery of key change initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders, operational teams and project delivery functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Business Analyst who enjoys working across complex business environments, improving processes and translating business requirements into practical solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering activities through stakeholder interviews, workshops and business analysis. Analyse existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Develop detailed As-Is and To-Be process maps, business requirements and supporting documentation. Work closely with Project Managers, PMO teams and operational stakeholders to support programme delivery. Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
