This is a fixed-term, freelance engagement running from September 2026 to January 2027, at approximately three days a week.Demand for Portfolio Pathway evaluations has been rising, and JCST wants to make sure its internal processes keep pace without compromising quality. You ll map current workflows end-to-end, assess staff capacity and workload, and identify duplication, bottlenecks, and opportunities to streamline all within a clearly defined timeline driven by GMC reporting deadlines running through to January 2027.You ll work closely with Project Management Office (PMO) and Business Analyst team throughout the engagement.
