This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to key safety initiatives whilst enjoying flexible working arrangements and competitive day rates.The RoleAs Building Safety Surveyor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, compliance and ongoing maintenance of the portfolio. You''ll work closely with the wider surveying team to manage building safety priorities and assist with an increasing workload across the estate.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and action outstanding works within the Building Safety Inspection Tracker.Support the delivery of a new Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) Remedial and Compartmentation Works Programme.Undertake building inspections, condition surveys and compliance assessments.Identify building defects and recommend appropriate remedial solutions.Manage and monitor contractors undertaking safety and remedial works.Ensure projects are delivered in line with current legislation, regulations and best practice.Provide professional building surveying advice across a varied property portfolio.Support planned maintenance, compliance and building ..... full job details .....
