This is a highly specialist role delivering trauma-focused therapeutic interventions to individuals who have experienced sexual assault, within a collaborative, multi-agency service. Key Responsibilities · Deliver high-intensity psychological interventions, primarily trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT) · Provide EMDR interventions (if trained and appropriately accredited) · Manage a caseload of clients with complex trauma presentations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care · Conduct detailed clinical assessments, formulation and treatment planning · Work as part of a multi-agency service, including NHS, VCSE partners and criminal justice stakeholders · Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including use of interpreters where required · Maintain accurate, timely and high-quality clinical documentation · Promote safe, effective and evidence-based practice within a trauma-informed framework · Contribute to service development, MDT working and clinical...
