This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified RICS Valuation Surveyor to provide specialist asset management and estate surveying support across a varied property portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering professional valuation, asset management and estates advice, supporting the effective management and optimisation of the organisation''s property assets.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional valuation advice across a diverse property portfolio.Undertake RICS-compliant valuations for a range of property assets.Support asset management strategies and estate planning activities.Provide expert advice on property acquisitions, disposals, leases and estate matters.Manage and deliver property-related projects and initiatives.Prepare valuation reports, options appraisals and supporting documentation.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards and RICS guidance.RequirementsMRICS qualification is essential.Proven experience working as a RICS Valuation Surveyor within a property, asset management or estates ..... full job details .....
