Description

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile supplier statements to ensure records are correct.
• Handle payment runs, ensuring all payments are made on time.
• Respond to supplier queries and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and support month-end processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks as required by the team.

Profile

A successful Interim Accounts Payable Admin should have:

• Previous experience in an accounts payable role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
• An ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer

• An hourly rate of -13.50 to -15.00 + hourly holiday Pay
