Interim Accounts Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make an impact within a well-known organisation? Do you have experience in using Xero? I am recruiting an interim Accounts Assistant to join a highly regarded finance team on an initial 3-6-month temporary basis. Key Responsibilities Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Reviewing supplier statements and requesting missing documentation. Managing supplier and internal finance queries with professionalism. Monitor bank feeds, post incoming/outgoing transactions, and flag unexpected movements. Performing bank reconciliations for all outgoing payments. Ideal experience: Previous experience in using Xero system is essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience of assisting with VAT is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for managing supplier and internal relationships. My client can offer fully remote working for the whole duration of the contract.
