This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance team during a critical reporting period.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and finalisation of year-end management accountsReconcile three key historic accounts within the company''s Xero accounting systemProcess and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and completenessProvide ad hoc financial support and analysis as required by the Management AccountantCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support audit readinessAbout YouExperience working with Xero or similar accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and a methodical approach to financial reconciliationAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPrevious experience in a finance or accounting support role, particularly during year-end, is desirableExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWorking PracticesLikely to be hybrid working (mix of office and remote), but this is to be confirmedBased in Exeter, DevonInterested? ..... full job details .....
