Due to increased reporting requirements and ongoing growth, they are seeking a qualified Accountant to join their London-based finance team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the monthly financial reporting and close process, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverySupport the preparation of statutory accounts and year-end financial statementsAssist with the external audit process, liaising with auditors and preparing supporting documentationPerform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controlsSupport the preparation of management reports and financial analysis for senior stakeholdersEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal reporting requirementsAssist with process improvements across finance operations and reporting proceduresSupport budgeting and forecasting activities where requiredWork closely with the wider finance team to manage ad hoc reporting and project workContribute to maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entitiesCandidate RequirementsACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifiedOpen to candidates from either industry or audit backgroundsPrevious experience within financial reporting, statutory accounts, or audit supportStrong understanding of financial controls and ..... full job details .....
