This role is ideal for a designer with proven experience delivering user-centred services within Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and multidisciplinary agile teams. Key Responsibilities Design and iterate end-to-end user journeys for digital public services. Create interaction patterns, wireframes, prototypes and service flows. Collaborate closely with User Researchers, Content Designers, Service Designers, Developers and Product Managers. Apply GDS design principles and service standards throughout the delivery life cycle. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions. Use evidence and research insights to inform design decisions. Contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across services. Support service assessments and help teams meet accessibility requirements. Essential Skills andamp; Experience Demonstrable experience as an Interaction Designer at SFIA Level 4. Proven experience delivering GDS-aligned digital services within central government or the wider public sector. Strong understanding of user-centred design methodologies.
