Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates Strong focus on work-life balance with a flexible hybrid model (3 days onsite) Be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary agile environment alongside civil servants and industry experts Based in Swansea, South Wales - three days per week on-site Key Responsibilities Support prototype design and iteration throughout the Beta phase Create and refine user journeys, page flows, and task flows based on user insights and evidence Translate research findings into practical design improvements Assist in preparing and updating prototypes using design tools Support user testing activities across multiple service areas Collaborate with user researchers, product managers, and developers Contribute to maintaining consistent design patterns and standards Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative design processes Work with wider UCD teams to ensure a cohesive user experience Skills andamp; ExperienceEssential Skills Basic experience or strong understanding of interaction design/UX design principles Ability to design user ..... full job details .....
