Experience designing for content management systems such as WordPress, or working with editors who create and maintain website content. Experience designing accessible, responsive and usable websites that work across different devices and user needs. Ability to design clear, usable journeys, page structures, navigation and task flows Ability to balance visual design, usability and accessibility, particularly where websites need to feel distinct from (url removed). Confidence working with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, delivery managers, user researchers, content designers, developers and accessibility specialists. Strong Figma skills, including maintaining design files, documenting design decisions and creating reusable design assets.
