Demonstrable experience of working with others to design solutions that are based on evidence and help identify gaps in knowledge. Experience of using a variety of prototyping tools and techniques. Proficiency in presenting your work and share design decisions, explaining ideas in a way that people understand and actively listen to other people''s input. Proven track record of designing with accessibility in mind, showing familiarity with the WCAG 2.2 guidelines and designing to meet AA standards. Experience in working in the open while engaging others in the design process. Strong user focus, demonstrated by solving complex interaction design challenges through understanding user needs, recognising what makes problems complex, and shaping design approaches based on insight from different user groups. ..... full job details .....
