Salary:  £28,135 to £30,635 per annum  Location:  Southend-on-Sea, Essex  Hours:  37 hours per week  Contract:  Permanent  Closing date:  21st August 2026   Interview Date : 2nd September 2026   About the role   As Intensive Support Project Worker, you will provide personalised, recovery-focused support to people living in supported accommodation.  You will build positive and trusting relationships with residents, helping them adjust to a settled home environment and work towards their individual goals.
