This service does not have step free access Salary: £27,000 (Annual Equivalent) Shift Pattern: 6 month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. You may be required to work outside these hours depending on service needs. About the Role We''re looking for a Intensive Housing Management Officer to join our team on a fixed term basis to successfully rehabilitate and reintegrate our male residents back into the community. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining social contact and company to enhance quality of life, enhance personal safety, health and security, sustainment of tenancy, and improving financial independence and economic wellbeing to support our residents back into the community. Our Complex Needs Accommodation provides supported accommodation, bespoke person-centred care and support as well as intensive housing management services in the community for adults with specific accommodation and well-being support needs.
