Location: Dudley | Salary: £18.35 - £24.00/hour | Type: Temporary | We are seeking experienced family support practitioners to join our Family Help teams as Lead Family Help Practitioners, to lead assessment and planning for allocated families, and work as part of our multi-disciplinary teams to progress interventions and support to children, parents and carers. Dudley''s practice model is Restorative Practice, and to strengthen this we introduced the Family Safeguarding model into our Social Work teams in 2023. We are using Restorative Practice and Family Safeguarding as the basis of our Family Help arrangements, and are now expanding our Family Help teams to include alternatively qualified lead family help practitioners, recognising the value of diversity in our workforce and the experience and skills they bring to change work with families. We are recruiting practitioners to work during a standard working day, and also a team of practitioners to work flexibly between 5 and 10pm on weekdays and 5pm-8pm at the weekend to provide support and intervention to families at the times they need. Family Help Practitioners will be supported by an Advanced Social Work practitioner and the wider multi-disciplinary Family Help service. ...
