We’re looking for an Intelligent Automation Consultant with deep experience in the Microsoft Power Platform to help our financial services clients optimise processes and unlock value through automation. This role calls for a dynamic blend of business analysis, solution design, and delivery capabilities in a fast-paced consulting environment.What You’ll Do
Drive automation discovery and design using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder)Lead end-to-end process assessments, from opportunity identification to scalable automation designConfigure and maintain efficient automation workflows using core Microsoft and API-first principlesAnalyse business processes to identify, assess and optimise with intelligent automation and supporting technologiesCollaborate with clients, developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, UAT and rollout of solutionsWhat We’re Looking For
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and intelligent automation toolingStrong understanding of automation technologies including OCR, process mining, and API integrationSkilled in business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery methodologyExperience documenting solutions, estimating feasibility, and supporting change control processesAbility to troubleshoot automation issues and provide clear, timely resolutionsBonus Points For
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-500, PL-600)Experience delivering automation in financial services environmentsKnowledge of other automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Dynamics 365)Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or SDLC methodologiesCoding experience in VBA, .NET or PythonWhy Join Capco
