INTELLIGENCE MANAGER Contract: Permanent Function/Team: Intelligence Location: London, UK Hours: 40 Reporting to: Head of Strategic Intelligence Salary: £36,650 - £45,500 - dependent on experience STOP THE TRAFFIK is a global organisation working to prevent human trafficking and exploitation. We bring together data, intelligence, technology and partnerships to build a deeper understanding of how exploitation operates, where risks are emerging and who is most at risk. This knowledge informs our prevention campaigns and programmes, which use targeted, evidence-led approaches to reach people with relevant information and support before exploitation occurs. You will use a combination of established intelligence methods and research approaches, drawing on open-source information, digital and social media environments, partner intelligence, existing datasets and other relevant sources. You will be expected to identify new sources of information and develop practical approaches to filling intelligence gaps. A key part of the role will be connecting different types of evidence to build a more complete picture of exploitation. You will analyse patterns, behaviours, networks, recruitment methods and emerging risks, while being clear about the strength and limitations of the available evidence. You will work with colleagues across Data and Technology to explore opportunities to improve data collection, analysis, visualisation and the use of technology in intelligence work.
