Intelligence and Analysis ManagerLocation: MidlandsDuration: Until end of October 2026Rate: £450 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)Working pattern: Flexible hybrid working - 1-2 days per week onsiteOur client is seeking an experienced Intelligence and Analysis Manager with essential knowledge of Children''s Services to join their team.About the RoleYou will support the Intelligence and Analysis Lead and senior managers across the Children and Families system, helping to develop and use business intelligence to improve outcomes for children and families.You will be responsible for managing a team of analysts who will:Develop innovative technical solutions to embed self-service reportingAnalyse both quantitative and qualitative dataProduce high-quality intelligence that proactively informs service development and delivery, supporting the organisation''s visionYou will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and other IPET colleagues to ensure a joined-up approach to project delivery and service improvement.Key PrioritiesThis role will support delivery against several key programmes, including:Implementation of a new case management system (Liquidlogic)Implementation of Families FirstResponding to the SEND reformsKey ResponsibilitiesLine management and professional leadership of an analytical teamDevelopment of user storiesProduction of technical data specificationsExtraction of complex datasets from the data warehouseData validation and testingDesign, ..... full job details .....
