Key Skills and Experience Required Intelligence and Impact Analyst - Proven experience working with service managers and stakeholders to gather, document and translate business requirements into analytical solutions and reporting products. - Advanced Power BI skills, including automation, data modelling, dashboard development, report design and the presentation of complex information in a clear, actionable format. - Experience designing and implementing automated processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate, to streamline data collection, file transfers and reporting workflows. - Demonstrable experience analysing large and complex datasets, identifying trends and producing insight that supports service improvement, performance management and decision-making. - Strong communication and project delivery skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
