Intellectual Property Administrator - Glasgow

A leading law firm in Glasgow are seeking an enthusiastic Intellectual Property Administrator to join their team in Glasgow on a full-time, permanent basis.This role is ideal for a candidate with at least 6 months'' experience working within patents or trade marks; experience in records and / or formalities would be excellent. Additionally, you will need strong deadline management skills and the ability to multi-task. Good communication skills are essential. A CIPA qualification would be an advantage, but this is not essential.Duties:Monitoring deadlines.Processing client instructions.Preparing cost quotes.Maintaining and updating the firm''s IP management system.Preparing and filing the relevant documentation related to EP Validations.Managing client correspondence and official communications.This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your skillset and progress your career within IP.
