We are seeking an Integrations Engineer who will be responsible for strategic initiatives that drive portfolio expansion and retention, directly or alongside Geotab partners. This role requires the ability to showcase and adapt Geotab solutions for partners and end-users by identifying and understanding customer needs and requirements. As a member of the Insights and Integrations Consultancy team, you will participate in the development and customization of solutions using Geotab’s open platform to meet unique requirements. You will support partners to overcome solutioning challenges, foster deeper customer relationships, and guide strategies with partners to identify opportunities for growth in their service offerings. You will work closely with stakeholders across Geotab, including Account/Engagement Managers, Signature Accounts Team, Product Management and Solutions Engineering Teams, to advance business objectives and upskill partners with knowledge of industry verticals.How You''ll Make An Impact

Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to empower end-users and partners.Collaborate with partners and end-users to optimize utilization of Geotab technology, tailoring approaches to their needs.Participate in and contribute to integration projects with partners, third-party integrators, and customers to ensure seamless implementation.Assess partner and end-user challenges and propose viable Geotab solutions or alternatives.Provide partner and end-user feedback to continuously improve offerings and work with Product Management.Create and optimize data-driven dashboards to inform decisions and support expansion and retention.Ensure partner and end-user satisfaction through prompt, accurate service and by sharing insights with internal teams.Collaborate with revenue teams to deliver effective solutions, contributing to sales growth and ecosystem expansion.Support partner upskilling to enable customers across channels using best practices and industry knowledge.May involve developing proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feasibility in customer environments.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to position Geotab solutions effectively.Keep accurate records of interactions, designs, and outcomes to inform case studies and improve processes.Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, highlighting product benefits and applicability.Work with sales and engineers across the sales cycle to provide technical support and address inquiries related to your area of expertise.Design customized solutions or configurations based on customer requirements, including proposals and demonstrations.Assist potential customers with technical inquiries prior to sale when specialized expertise is required.Build open-source tools to enable partners and customers to tackle integration challenges.Develop bespoke solutions for partners, customers, and resellers to address their unique challenges while supporting ledge-to-market efforts.What You''ll Bring To This Role

3-5 years of experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., software engineering, data analysis, or systems integration) with a customer-facing focus.Bachelor''s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs; working knowledge of hardware integrations is a bonus.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with the capacity to assess customer challenges and propose viable solutions.Effective communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support.Customer-focused mindset with commitment to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Java, or C#, and familiarity with API integrations is desirable.Please note : Geotab does not accept agency resumes and is not responsible for fees related to unsolicited resumes.
